These terms apply to anyone who visits this website, which is operated by SkillLift Labs (1001577116 ONTARIO INC.).
2. Pre-launch status
SkillLift Labs is in active development. At present, the only service we offer is a waitlist sign-up so we can notify you when our academies open. No paid services, courses, or accounts are currently available, and joining the waitlist does not create a contract or obligation on either side.
3. Your use of the site
You agree to use this site only for lawful purposes. Do not attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the site, and do not submit false or misleading information to the waitlist.
4. Intellectual property
All content on this site — including the SkillLift Labs name, logo, wordmark, and written copy — is the property of SkillLift Labs and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy or reuse it without written permission.
5. Disclaimer
The site is provided "as is" during development. We make no warranties about availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. Feature descriptions reflect what we are building and may change before launch.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable laws of Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
7. Changes
We may update these terms as SkillLift Labs evolves. Material changes will be reflected in the effective date at the top of this page.
