1. Who we are

This site is operated by SkillLift Labs (1001577116 ONTARIO INC.). In this policy, "we" and "our" refer to SkillLift Labs.

2. What we collect

While our academies are in pre-launch, the only information we actively collect is:

• The email address you submit to our waitlist form.
• Technical metadata automatically included with your request: IP address, browser user-agent, and referring URL. We capture these to prevent abuse of the waitlist.

3. Why we collect it

We use your email address to notify you when our academies open and to send you occasional updates about the launch. We do not sell or rent your information.

4. Who we share it with

We share your email only with service providers who help us operate the site — specifically, our transactional email provider (Resend) to deliver messages to you. We do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.

5. How long we keep it

We keep your waitlist email until the academy you signed up for launches or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first.

6. Your rights

Under Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and applicable provincial law, you have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. To exercise these rights, email hello@skilllift.io.

7. Changes

We may update this policy as the platform evolves. Material changes will be reflected in the effective date at the top of this page.
