Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

This site is operated by SkillLift Labs (1001577116 ONTARIO INC.). In this policy, "we" and "our" refer to SkillLift Labs.

2. What we collect

We collect the following information:

  • The email address you submit to our waitlist form.
  • Technical metadata automatically included with your request: IP address, browser user-agent, and referring URL. We capture these to prevent abuse of the waitlist.
  • If you allow analytics, an anonymous visitor identifier, session identifier, pages viewed, referring site, campaign parameters, device category, browser language, and coarse country, region, and city information supplied by our hosting provider.

We do not store raw IP addresses in visitor analytics. Analytics are disabled unless you choose "Allow analytics", and browser Do Not Track settings are respected.

3. Why we collect it

We use your email address to notify you when our academies open and to send you occasional updates about the launch. If enabled, analytics help us understand aggregate traffic, improve site performance, and diagnose usability problems. We do not sell or rent your information.

4. Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers who help us operate the site, including our transactional email and hosting providers. We do not share visitor analytics with advertisers or data brokers.

5. How long we keep it

We keep your waitlist email until the academy you signed up for launches or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first. Analytics are retained only as long as reasonably needed to monitor traffic, performance, security, and product improvements.

6. Your rights

Under Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and applicable provincial law, you have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. To exercise these rights, email hello@skilllift.io.

7. Analytics preference

Your current analytics preference is not selected. You can change it at any time.

8. Changes

We may update this policy as the platform evolves. Material changes will be reflected in the effective date at the top of this page.
